HR Specialist
This role involves a combination of HR operations and management responsibilities. As an HR specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, continuously reviewing and enhancing existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact with candidates to their induction into the organization.
* Oversee all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including contracts, statements of employment, social welfare documentation, exit interviews, and leaver processes.
* Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries, recommending and implementing new HR policies, procedures, and initiatives where necessary.
* Continuously review and enhance existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining and updating employee records on the HR system as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential.
* Proven experience in HR operations and management, preferably within a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
