We are looking to hire hard-working and efficient Team members to assist in providing quality customer service to our patrons.
To be successful as Team Member, you should be knowledgeable about proper food handling procedures and have excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, exceptional Team member should be able to communicate effectively with both wait staff and patrons as well as demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Customer Service:
· Ensure you maintain high standards of customer service and where you foresee any customer complaints report these to management, so they can be dealt with a quick resolution.
· Ensure food quality, service and cleanliness standards are maintained in all common areas at all times which includes lobby and kitchen areas.
Health and Safety:
· Ensure you are complying with safe food handling and hygiene awareness at all times
· Comply with centre management process and procedures
· Ensure daily food temperature checks and batch records from deliveries are completed and filed in correct order for health and safety inspections
· Make sure all high-risk foods in all storage fridges are labelled correctly with date stickers for health and safety inspections.
· Comply with fire evacuation process procedures at all times
Stock Control:
· Be aware of stock rotation and older foods are used first to avoid exceeding expiration dates. One way to accomplish this is by stocking older items in front in walk-in refrigerators and freezers
· Ensure counters, drinks fridges and deli counters are well stocked and are clean at all times
· Awareness of all stock levels throughout the store and highlight to management where low or high levels of stock exist
Staffing:
· Motivate, coach and train new/existing team members when requested
· To show flexibility by covering for staff on other counters when required
· Ensure the uniform policy is been implemented and this is for health and safety reasons
Cost Saving/Profits:
· Maximise sales by up selling all in store special or promotions and by giving each customer a store loyalty card
· Make sure all customers are charged in line with correct pricing from menu boards.
