We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the challenge of leading high-profile bids across Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage bid strategies, timelines, resources, and compliance with client requirements.
* Develop end-to-end bid management processes, from tender identification to submission.
* Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams.
* Ensure continuous improvement in bid processes and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Proven experience in bid/tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids.
* Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
* Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits.
