Company Intro / Summary A leading international construction specialist is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in North Cork.

Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of projects from commencement through to final account.
Prepare and manage budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages.
Prepare and assess valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs and provide accurate forecasting.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
Identify and manage commercial risks across projects.
Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
35 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Experience within contractor or specialist subcontractor environments.
Exposure to sectors such as pharma, data centres, or commercial projects is advantageous.
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Motivated individual with a desire to progress within a growing company.
Package €65,000 €70,000 DOE.
Full-time, permanent position based in North Cork.
