Overview
Our client, a well-established business in the real estate sector, is seeking a Receptionist / Office Manager / Administrator to join their team. This is a front-of-house role with a broad range of responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, personable, and eager to contribute to a busy and professional environment.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants and prospective clients, answering calls and handling initial queries in a professional and welcoming manner
* Manage day-to-day office administration, including scanning, e-filing, and maintaining organised records
* Provide support across the office, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and ensuring smooth operations
* Work closely with colleagues and tenants to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Personable and professional, with strong communication skills
* Quick to pick up new systems and processes
* A positive “can-do” attitude, adaptable to a variety of tasks
* Previous property experience is beneficial but not required
