Reporting into the HR Director, you will deliver strategic HR guidance whilst coaching/mentoring the wider HR Team in providing HR Support to all of the company's hospitality establishments.Duties include: Act as a key strategic partner to the HR Director, shaping and delivering a Group-wide People Strategy that supports commercial performance and long-term business objectives.Contribute to the development of the HR functions vision, structure, and capability to support current and future business needs.Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary HR team, ensuring clear accountability, high performance, and strong engagement across all HR disciplines.Manage Employee Relations activity across the group, proactively mitigating the risk of external complaints Build management capability by delivering targeted Employee Relations training and coaching managers on investigations, case management, and report writing.Lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional HR projects at Group level, ensuring clear governance, timelines, and outcomes.Oversee HR systems and platforms to ensure they are fully optimised and delivering maximum value.Full Job Description Available Upon Request What will you require as Group HR Manager?
