Team Administrator

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? This is a fantastic opportunity to join this up and coming organisation based in Dublin 2, supporting senior leaders and contributing to a busy, collaborative environment.
In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of operations providing hands-on support to the leadership team, coordinating projects, and ensuring the office runs efficiently day to day. You’ll manage everything from preparing key reports and presentations to organising meetings and company events, handling travel logistics, and keeping communication flowing across teams. You’ll also play a key role in supporting HR and finance processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deadlines are met with professionalism and discretion. Every day will bring variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact.
It is expected that you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative, operations, or finance-focused role ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in particular PowerPoint.
