The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, encompassing invoice processing, banking and payments, and record maintenance for tax return preparation.
Duties include managing incoming correspondence, maintaining files and filing systems, and assisting with meetings, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
