We have partnered with a European Private Equity strategy that is now hiring a Vice President to join its Dublin team and assist with the origination and execution of mid-market European transactions.
The Role:
Leading analysis of 1-2 subsectors for investment strategy
Identifying potential investment target companies
Supporting origination and deal execution with MD/Partner
Leading, assisting in due diligence, financial modelling, and deal execution
Supporting investor and stakeholder engagement and communication
Requirements:
10+ years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance and investing experience
Strong undergraduate education, with ACA or CFA education a plus
Extremely strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Very strong writing and communication skills, including presentation (PowerPoint) and social media skills
Entrepreneurial, self-starting personality with strong team orientation
