Job Title: Project Delivery Lead
Description:
We are seeking an experienced project delivery lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of MEICA contracts in the West of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage all aspects of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical and ICA.
* Tender Review and Planning: Review tender submissions and develop comprehensive delivery plans upon contract award.
* Team Leadership: Assign tenders won to appropriate PM for Delivery, Assist with smooth transition from Tendering to Contract Delivery Team, Take the lead on contract design, considering innovative solutions and opportunities for off-site manufacture.
* Mentorship and Training: Mentor and lead a team of engineers in the delivery of new and existing contracts.
* Commercial Management: Oversee commercial matters arising during contract delivery, including supporting project engineers with procurement from supply chain, negotiating subcontracts, and managing commercial matters with Clients.
* Programme Management: Monitoring project programmes for multiple contracts, Co-ordinating regular contract review meetings with the contracts team, Ensuring monthly invoicing targets are being achieved.
* Site Labour Management: Management of all site labour including subcontractors.
* Safety and Quality: Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, Writing engineering reports, reviewing method statements and commissioning schedules, Ensuring procedures are in place which facilitate the safe delivery of Contracts.
* Monthly Reporting: Managing and updating monthly project tracker.
* Leadership Team: Attending and input into overall EPS Contracts growth and business development strategy, Attend regular meetings with full EPS MEICA Contracts Leadership Team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project delivery and leadership.
* Strong understanding of MEICA contracts and project management principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
