About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting the team and overseeing multiple property portfolios in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing general administrative support, including data entry and document management using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Handling tenant and landlord inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Coordinating maintenance requests: liaising with contractors, obtaining quotations and tracking progress.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of tenant and landlord information.
* Registering tenancies with relevant authorities as required.
* Conducting occasional property inspections when necessary.
* Managing a dedicated property portfolio on a job-share basis.
Requirements
The successful applicant will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using property management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for managing relationships with tenants and landlords.
