New Product Development Professional

The successful candidate will support the Innovation Manager in product development and production scale-up along with daily execution of R&D related lab activities. They will evaluate current and alternative food ingredients, create product recipes, and conduct sensory evaluation of new products to ensure they meet customer needs and requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading research projects from concept to launch

Requirements:
* Degree or Masters in Food Science
* 3 years plus of experience leading research projects
