Collaborate on menu planning to ensure a diverse and high-quality offering. Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and consistency. Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards before reaching customers. Manage kitchen supplies by planning orders and addressing shortages. Foster teamwork and mutual respect in the kitchen. Maintain compliance with HACCP and all food hygiene standards. What Were Looking For Experience: Minimum 3 years in a chef role within a busy food business. Qualifications: A degree in Culinary Science or a related certificate is desirable. Skills: Strong kitchen management skills, ability to delegate tasks, and monitor team performance. Personal Attributes: Outgoing, friendly, and hardworking with excellent organisational and time-management skills. Technical Skills: Familiarity with relevant computer programs (MS Office, POS).
