QC Projects Senior Role

You will work closely with QC teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support QC teams with continuous improvement projects in the QC Projects team portfolio, focusing on lean methodologies and automation to optimize processes.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills, improving onboarding, training plans, and method-specific training.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements for investigation reduction and first-time right in the QC teams.
* Project manage assigned projects, including planning, tracking, communication, and escalation as needed, ensuring timely delivery of results.
Requirements:
* A minimum third-level qualification (Degree) in Science or a related discipline, along with 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare laboratory or a related technical function, with a strong background in quality assurance and control.
* Demonstrated expertise in laboratory operation, particularly training and testing requirements from receipt to CoA, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
* Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to scope and track multiple projects simultaneously.
