Copywriter - French
* Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid, 2 days in the office, workers choice)
* 11 months contract – extension is possible
You will work closely with the Digital Customer Success, Insights, Decision Science, and Marketing teams to design and optimize customer journeys while reviewing high volumes of content. This includes proofreading for grammar, punctuation, and business tone in all customer-facing communications. In addition, you will be responsible for quality assurance, ensuring a seamless customer experience by validating copy, language, links, and email layouts to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and relevance.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate on the creation and execution of digital adoption journeys through targeted email campaigns and in-product messaging;
* Provide content creation and review support for customer communications developed by generative artificial intelligence models (GenAI), focusing on the user details and context, and fixing inaccuracies to respect the overall theme and intent of the messaging;
* Uphold brand, style guides, and language syntax in all customer campaigns by resolving inconsistencies and errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and email design;
* Partner with cross-functional teams to source accurate, up-to-date content, including links, resources, videos, and email copy, to enrich customer touchpoints;
* Through established workflows, track and analyze campaign performance, flag inaccuracies, and improve GenAI driven campaigns and customer journey strategies;
* Create new or translate existing English and French content to deliver consistent, high-quality messaging to a global customer base.
Requirements:
* Experience in writing, editing and proofreading marketing or user content;
* Native in French and Fluent in English
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Marketing, PR, Translation/Localization, or experience as a technical writer/editor, copywriter, journalist, translator, or content coordinator;
* Experience with Generative-AI tools (prompt writing, output AQ);
* Experience building and launching email and nurture digital programs to customer behavior;
* Experience in digital programming or customer journey mapping a plus;
