What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage your own caseload of landlord enquiries and complaints assigned by your manager.
* Assist account managers with support on multi-site chain accounts.
* Handle queries and complaints from landlords by phone and ensure excellent partner service.
* Collaborate with the Network Health team to help resolve technical issues at lockers as the point of contact for landlords.
* Liaise with logistics to resolve access issues and refusals at InPost locations.
What We Need From You

* Ability to pick up new processes quickly
* Excellent communication and call handling skills
* Great attention to detail
* Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential
* Zendesk and Pipedrive experience is preferred but not essential
