Responsible for our content strategy including newsletter, blogs, podcast, reports, magazines and press. You will be in close contact with a portfolio of over 150 clients, supporting them with the activation of their several recognitions and fostering a strong relationship with them. On the strategy side you will be involved in our marketing growth and lead attraction strategies through content and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support clients to activate their recognitions
· Nurture existing relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the agreed upon benefits and exposure
· Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and target audience needs across newsletters, blogs, reports, podcasts, magazines and press
· Oversee the creation, editing and publication of high quality, engaging content, including newsletters, blogs, reports, podcasts, magazines and press articles
· Implement SEO best practices to increase blog views and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic
· Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as report downloads, blog views, lead generation and podcast listeners. Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
· Create and optimise content to attract and convert leads, working closely with the marketing team to align content efforts with lead generation strategies
· Conduct audience research to understand the needs, preferences and behaviours of the target audience, and adjust content strategies accordingly
· Identify marketing growth opportunities and suggest innovative projects
· Attend events and provide onsite support
· Support cross functional teams to ensure business growth

· Content creation & copywriting – ability to write engaging, brand-aligned content across channels
· SEO & Website Optimisation – understand SEO best practices, keyword research and on-page optimisation to improve visibility and traffic

Health
Role requires mobility to attend events, hearing and typing skills as a large volume of the work will be phone based and online.
Qualifications
· A minimum of professional work experience from 1-2 years working in marketing.
· Education/Formal Training: BA, BSc required; Any Master's Degree would be a distinct advantage.
