What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by:
* Handling rental and sales queries from healthcare providers and private customers
* Preparing quotes, processing orders and payments, and coordinating logistics
* Maintaining accurate customer records in ERP and CRM systems
* Supporting internal meetings and company events
* Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
* Collaborating with sales, logistics, and admin teams to ensure excellent service delivery
What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced administrative or customer support role
* Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented approach
* Experience with order processing, invoicing, or CRM systems is a plus
