Our organization is seeking a skilled and ambitious Site Manager to oversee daily operations on a construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining quality work standards, and delivering the project on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of site operatives and subcontractors.
* Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and the project plan.
* Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on site in compliance with relevant legislation.
* Manage site logistics effectively and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Report progress, issues, and delays to Senior Management or Assigned Certifier as required.
* Perform quality control checks and ensure high standards of workmanship.
* Order materials as required and maintain accurate records of site activities and deliveries.
