Role Overview
As a Business Broker, you will support business owners in achieving successful sales while helping buyers find suitable opportunities. This role offers full flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work independently with access to marketing, training, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with small and medium-sized business owners, providing guidance on preparing their business for sale.
* Manage the full sales cycle, including buyer qualification, negotiation, due diligence, and completion.
* Source, qualify, and engage with potential buyers to ensure the best fit for each business.
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Work closely with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and client engagement.
About You
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
* Experience in business brokerage, commercial sales, real estate, banking, accountancy, financial services, business development, or similar sectors – essentially a strong sales background.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture leads and develop long-term connections.
* Confidence using technology including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
* Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
* Based in Munster or Connacht.
* Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
