As the Lead Financial Accountant you will: Manage the month-end close process including journal posting, intercompany reconciliations and preparation of the management reporting pack Prepare monthly financial statement updates for corporate HQ in the US and make financial statement adjustments from US GAAP to local GAAP ahead of audits Oversee AR, AP and payroll with three excellent team members completing the work which you review and advise on Manufacturing finance assist on standard costing, purchase price and material usage variance reporting and assist on R&D tax credits Drive process improvements in both systems and information flows This manufacturing company has been a mainstay locally combining the perks of working for a large multinational company with a corporate HQ in the United States while still maintaining its no airs or graces culture.
