Grade: Associate Director or 4-5yrs PQE

A snapshot of your peer group:
* Candidates should have 4-5 years’ post qualification experience in Corporate/M&A/ Commercial law
* Proven track record of delivery of high-quality work
* Strong technical knowledge of the Companies Acts and all company law legislation and regulation
* Ability to exercise sound judgement, possessing a positive attitude and being a genuine team player
* Ambition to be a key member of a dynamic and differentiated Corporate and Business law firm

* Mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales and investment and shareholders agreements
* Corporate structuring, inward investment and commercial contracts
* Commercial law arrangements including master services agreements, outsourcing arrangements, distribution and agency agreements
