Hr Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from interviewing and onboarding to conducting thorough assessments for new hires.
* Efficiently manage HR data, records, and systems with high accuracy and productivity.
* Support the HR team by providing expert advice on policy updates, benefits administration, and general HR processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 8 degree in HR, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role.
