Job Title: Maintenance and Capital Projects Lead

This includes overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing and mentoring a skilled maintenance team, and delivering capital projects from planning through execution.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the maintenance and engineering function to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.
* Overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support production efficiency.
* Managing and mentoring a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and performance.
* Delivering capital projects from planning through execution, including equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance and capital project management, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG.
* Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
* Proven track record in project management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP).
