SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER
My client, a globally recognised provider of innovative CRM solutions, helps small businesses in over 80 countries shift their focus from data storage to proactive sales growth. In, Forbes Advisor named us one of the best simple CRMs in the world.
As the product rapidly develops, we are looking for a Social Media & Community Manager. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving conversations and customer engagement across platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Engaging in relevant trending topics and discussions online on behalf of the brand.
2. Fostering a positive brand image across online forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora, ProductHunt).
3. Encouraging and facilitating the creation of user-generated content.
4. Owning and implementing a social media content plan across LinkedIn, X, and Meta.
5. Developing and delivering collaboration initiatives (co-authored carousels, joint posts, etc.).
6. Analyzing and reporting social media performance and making adjustments.
Online webinars and interviews
1. Working with subject matter experts to identify key discussion points.
2. Creating landing pages and registration forms to capture leads and attendees.
3. Developing relevant content (follow-up emails, video snippets, write-ups, etc.).
Review websites
1. Managing and monitoring the company's presence on review platforms.
2. Repurposing positive reviews into marketing assets (social media posts, testimonials).
3. Proactively seeking new opportunities for online brand presence.
About you

* Proven experience in marketing and community engagement (2+ years).
* Commitment to meeting deadlines and initiative in driving results.
* Dedication to maintaining the highest quality of work.
* Creativity to generate content ideas for business growth.

* Fluency in English and effective communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (preferable).
