Commercial Growth Manager
We are seeking a results-driven leader to accelerate business expansion, drive new revenue streams, and establish strategic partnerships with key clients. This role focuses on developing market strategies, forging high-value alliances, and leading a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide the sales team to achieve commercial goals and performance metrics.
* Conduct weekly task reviews and one-to-one performance meetings.
* Mentor direct reports and oversee external agencies aligned to business development.
* Contribute to commercial planning, forecasting, and budgeting at senior level.
* Promote commercial strategy to deliver business growth and expand market presence.
* Identify and secure new commercial channels and strategic partnerships.
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, holding full P&L responsibility.
* Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure sustainable, profitable returns.
* Expand the range of products and services in response to customer needs and market demand.
Growth & Partnerships
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a commercial or business development role, preferably in the lubricants or a related B2B environment. They will possess a proven track record in delivering new revenue streams and driving commercial success.
