This role is based in our Letterkenny Office - 2/3 days a week.
This exciting opportunity offers a qualified and interested candidate a key contributor role that combines analytics and data governance skills .
The candidate will work with Global Privacy and Privacy Portal Technology Teams to strengthen privacy reporting and Privacy Portal Management tool governance, as well as document and manage program metrics, data transformation activities, and business requirements .
The role includes enhancing existing reporting and data management components to align with the future-state strategy and governance model while coordinating with other data analytics functions .
The position focuses on building processes, documentation, and reporting structures that support privacy program maturity and provide defensible, reliable insights for decision-making.
What you will do: C reating a privacy reporting function that enables measurable privacy compliance and performance .
With that privacy layer, the reports become support of the Global Privacy Program's governance and accountability.
The role requires both technical data analytics skills as well as documentation and organization of the following key areas of focus: Power BI Dashboard Management Data Transformation: Power BI reporting inventories, sources, design, and data validations, and data transformations.
Metrics Reporting : Metric inventories and calculations, r eporting design and preparation, development of reporting narrative, data patterns, and insights.
Reporting Data Governance : Business requirements, process flow, issue and exception management, roles and responsibilities, and SOPs related to privacy reporting .
Privacy Portal Management Support : Supporting the build out of business requirements, training, and documentation related to the global privacy OneTrust platform .
Serv e as the liaison with business technology and monitor technology en hancement s /initiatives.
What We're Looking For 8 + years in data management, data analytics, or program reporting .
Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Analytics Experience with agile development methodologies Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to evaluate control effectiveness.
Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skills .
Ability to work cross functionally in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Strong organization and workload management skills Nice to Have Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function.
Certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPT .
Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.).
