Job Description
The role of Accounting Consultant involves supporting statutory audit, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements. This includes ensuring and maintaining an internal control structure and procedures for financial reporting.
Working alongside the Finance and Accounting teams, you'll have the opportunity to manage both long and short-term projects effectively while working collaboratively in interdepartmental settings to accomplish tasks and goals.
Duties:
* Create, document, review and approve journal entries (journal upload, general ledger queries)
* Prepare, review and approve account reconciliations
* Demonstrate understanding of intercompany relationships required to record intersegment transactions
* Perform financial variance analysis
