Senior Engineering Manager Role
Your new role within a leading engineering contractor will be paid by the hour to provide financial flexibility. You will operate in Dublin and the site location will be chosen to be as close to your home location as possible.
* Oversee and lead the development of engineering strategies and on-site technical control
* Provide oversight for setting out, quality assurance, record keeping, and engineering deliverables
* Coordinate and manage temporary works and lifting operations effectively
* Mentor and guide site engineers and graduates to improve knowledge sharing
* E nsure compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and safety protocols are maintained at all times
* Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans, method statements and risk assessments efficiently
* Identify and resolve technical queries and RFIs through effective communication
* Drive timely close out of non-conformances and maintain robust documentation to ensure smooth project execution
