As the business continues to invest in its people, processes, and facilities, a new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Team Lead to monitor and lead production and warehousing activities onsite.
YOUR NEW ROLE
The position will have responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of key areas, ensuring the efficient, safe and compliant running of production and warehousing activities within a food manufacturing environment.
Duties will include:
Plan and coordinate production and warehouse activities to meet customer demand and business targets.
Monitor operational performance and proactively address issues impacting efficiency, quality, safety or delivery timelines.
Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules in line with sales forecasts and capacity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste and control costs.
Maintain appropriate stock levels to support production and customer requirements.
Coordinate audits, corrective actions and documentation control.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant 3rd level qualification is desirable.
Hands-on process experience within production/food environment.
Experience coordinating people and processes in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Knowledge of HACCP, BRC or equivalent food safety standards.
