The Royal Hospital Donnybrook is a HSE Section 38 Voluntary Hospital.
It is a 178 bedded hospital that provides Post-Acute, Stroke Rehabilitation, Neurorehabilitation and General Rehabilitation services, Day Hospital services, Respite and Residential Care services to adults.
The hospital employs 270 staff approximately and up to 100 volunteers.

We currently have availability for full time (37.5/1.0WTE) Staff Nurse / Enhanced Staff Nurse permanent posts available in the hospital.
The successful candidate(s) may be required to work in any service area within the hospital as the need arises.
The Staff Nurse / Enhanced Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practiced in the relevant care setting.
The staff nurse will provide holistic, person-centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for service users.
Eligibility Criteria Candidates must on the latest date of application: Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses kept Bord Altranais agus Cnimhseachais na hireann (Nursing Midwifery Board Ireland) or be entitled to be so registered And Have the clinical and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role Note: Post holders must maintain annual registration with Bord Altranais agus Cnimhseachais na hireann (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) Full time (37.5 hours per week) Candidates must be fully registered with NMBI.
