About your new job as a Senior R&D Engineer: Contribute to the development, improvement, and extension of the company's technology and intellectual property portfolio.Lead and provide design, development, and technical input to development projects from concept to commercialization.Author and input to design documentation, including technical reports, product specifications, risk management, and quality documentation.Resolve technical uncertainties and challenges to advance product development.Stay updated on disease states, clinical needs, and current devices and technologies.Ensure team members are aware of their roles and communicate results clearly.Cooperate with QA in developing test, verification, and validation procedures.What skill/experience you need as a Senior R&D Engineer: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline.Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the medical device industry, preferably in product development.Proficiency in finite element modeling software is desirable.Experience in CAD, statistical tools, and rapid prototyping is desirable.Good knowledge of biomechanics and mechanical analysis & design.Excellent communication and organizational skills.What's on offer?
