 
        Construction Associate NQ-3PQE€75k-95k + bonusThe Role:This is a chance to join the Construction and Engineering team as part of a global network law firm covering 30 countries. The firm is full-service with deep niche and sector experience.The Construction and Engineering team advises across construction, energy, infrastructure, and procurement in both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will advise on projects from start to finish, from project origination through to completion.You will play a pivotal role in the firm's Projects & Construction practice, working on a wide range of complex transactions including:Commercial development, residential, infrastructure, transport, and energy projects.Working closely with Real Estate on forward sale/funding development, Banking on financing/refinancing, and Corporate on M&A transactions.Advising on a range of construction legal issues, including project procurement, project management, mid-stream issues (e.g., EOT and claims), and contract negotiation.Drafting and negotiating key contracts and agreements for various project types.Working on some of Ireland's largest and most complex construction projects across Ireland (North and South) and internationally, with large Irish and global clients (Developers, Contractors, Funders).Learning from direct experience, supported by partners and senior lawyers, with real opportunities for merit-based promotion.The Person0-3 PQE with background in Construction or similarExperience drafting and negotiating construction contracts and ancillary documents.Experience advising clients throughout the life cycle of a construction project.Strong communication and people skills.A client centric approach and proven ability to build strong client relationships.Good project management and attention to detail.The Perks:BonusPensionHybridHealthcareL&D schemesHit Apply, or reach out to Mark McQuade on or
