Administrator
We're working with a
highly commercial, fast-growing development organisation
to hire an experienced
Administrator
to support a very busy delivery-focused team.
This is
not a routine admin role
. It will suit someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and stays calm when priorities shift (often).
You'll be supporting development projects end-to-end — from documentation and funding submissions through to working closely with project managers on the delivery side. Accuracy is critical, pace is high, and no two weeks look the same.
What the role involves
* Administrative support across multiple live development projects
* Preparing and submitting
funding and regulatory documentation (accuracy is essential — errors cost money)
* Managing legal documentation, forms and submissions to local authorities and government departments
* Supporting project managers with delivery-side admin, inspections and close-out documentation
* Coordinating documentation on SharePoint and MS Office
* Managing competing deadlines and shifting priorities without getting flustered
The environment
This is a
start-up style team within a larger organisation
— agile, direct and very delivery focused.
It's a lively, collaborative group where everyone pitches in, there's plenty of banter, and common sense is valued as much as experience.
You won't thrive here if you need rigid processes or step-by-step instructions. You will thrive if you're adaptable, practical and confident switching between tasks.
What we're looking for
* Strong administration experience in a
fast-paced environment
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable handling
legal or regulatory documentation
(legal, conveyancing, tender or similar backgrounds work very well)
* Able to prioritise under pressure and manage busy, deadline-driven weeks
* Flexible, resilient and not easily flustered
* Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills
A property background isn't required — legal or tender administration experience is ideal.
Working model & package
* Hybrid role –
typically 2 to 3 days onsite
, but realistically 4
days some weeks depending on workload
* Salary up to €45,000
* Pension, annual leave and permanent health insurance
* Permanent role |

If you're an experienced administrator who enjoys pace, variety and being part of a genuinely busy delivery team — this is well worth a look.
