Overview
Finance Manager for a not for profit organisation on a 12-month contract.
Based in Dublin with hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3–4 days working from home.
Salary circa €70,000 - €72,000.
Responsibilities
Team Management:
Lead and develop a team of three direct reports while collaborating closely with the Financial Accountant.
Financial Processes & Reporting:
Ensure robust financial processes and assist with monthly reporting packs and analysis.
Process Development:
Drive finance-led projects focused on enhancing systems and processes for greater efficiency.
Business Partnering:
Build strong relationships across teams to support financial knowledge development and alignment of processes.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain a strong financial control environment, support audits, review policies, and ensure compliance with legislation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Demonstrated success in delivering systems or process improvements.
At least 2 years of team management experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and CRM systems.
Experience managing internal audits.
Familiarity with Business Central (or Navision), MS Dynamics, Power-BI.
Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas/automation).
Experience in the not-for-profit sector.
