About the Role
This role involves managing cloud infrastructure, monitoring various services and components, and providing operational support for platform and workloads/products hosted on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining continuous availability of cloud platforms.
* Monitoring various services and components of the cloud.
* Providing operational support for platform and workloads/products hosted on the platform.
* Continuously monitoring infrastructure and alert management.
* Basictroubleshooting and incident response.
* Service health checks and escalation.
* Log monitoring and analysis.
* Service desk and incident ticketing.
* SLA and KPI adherence.
* Knowledge management.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, experience in large-scale operations, and a basic understanding and knowledge of DevOps Process, Cloud Security.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a BS degree or equivalent combination of experience and formal education. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
