Our company seeks a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our site operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, plan and implement project programmes ensuring timely completion and within budget.
2. Manage subcontractors and direct employees on site, promoting a safe working environment.
3. Consult with subcontractors regarding project programmes and work schedules.
4. E nsure that the highest levels of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards are maintained on site.
5. Ensure all necessary resources are available on site when required.
6. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and senior management to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
About You:
* You hold a Third Level Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
* You have strong prior experience in Site Management or Supervisory roles with a building contractor or residential developer.
* You possess strong planning and organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
* You can write and maintain clear and professional documentation.
* You have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and subcontractors.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise, you will work for a highly reputable main contractor with a strong pipeline of work. You will have the option to choose between an hourly rate or salary, depending on your level of experience. Hourly rates can range from €40 per hour, while salaries are in the region of €75,000 to €85,000 + a vehicle or allowances. Discretionary bonuses may also be offered.
