We are looking to expand our online presence and reach more local customers through improved website performance and digital visibility.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to evaluate our current website, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase lead generation—particularly from customers in the Limerick region searching for trades and related services.This is a remote, flexible, part-time, and short-term role ideal for someone experienced in SEO, web design, and digital marketing who can provide actionable insights and recommendations.This short term flexible position may particularly suit someone currently studying website design, digital marketing or IT, who is looking to gain real world experience.Responsibilities.Review and analyse the existing JW Property Maintenance website.Provide a detailed report on website performance, usability, and design.Identify SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.Research relevant local keywords and search behaviours (Limerick area focus).Suggest improvements to increase lead generation and online visibility.Recommend website content enhancements, layout improvements, and optimisation strategies.Provide guidance on Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, on-page SEO, and overall digital marketing best practices.RequirementsProven experience in SEO, website auditing, and digital marketing.Strong understanding of Google SEO, keyword research, and local search optimisation.Experience with web design, website structure, and user experience improvements.Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.Familiarity with small business lead generation strategies.Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.What We OfferFlexible working hours (work from home).Short-term contract, approx. 10 hours per week for a few weeks.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing local service business.Competitive rate of €18/hour.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a brief summary of your relevant experience.
