Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Dublin. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as employee benefits, personnel management, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR databases, assisting with recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position allows flexibility for some work-from-home days while maintaining a primary office presence.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
* Experience with HR Management and implementation of HR Policies
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits structures and administration
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not required
