To support pharmacists in the supply of medicines, to provide customer service, and to carry out administrative and stock control duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with over-the-counter products and queries, referring clinical matters to the pharmacist.
Manage stock by checking deliveries, rotating items, displaying stock in a clean and tidy manner, and monitoring expiry dates.
Perform administrative tasks, including handling payments and maintaining records.
Follow pharmacy regulations, health, and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service.
Skills and Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Previous retail or pharmacy experience (desirable).
Interest in further training to develop in role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 45 per week
