FULL TIME SALES ASSISTANT - Donaghmede Shopping CentreMinimum 2 Years retail experience essentialKey Tasks & Duties:1.To provide an excellent level of customer service with fluent english and excellent communication skills. To Acknowledge and welcome, assist customers and give them advice and suggest complimentary products.2.To maximise both personal and team sales and hit sales targets.Merchandising, pricing and the display of stock to maximise sales.4.To be well presented and welcoming.5.To be accurate in the operation of the till systems and be accurate in cash handling and all till transactions.6.To liaise effectively with other stores within the Company7.To be accurate in stock counts and ordering.8.To be accurate in all administration relating to merchandise.9.To comply with the Company's high standards relating to the care and cleanliness of the shop by good housekeeping including cleaning and vacuuming.10.Any other duties as directed by the manager or general manager.Personnel Specification:Personality: Happy and extrovert personality with a kind and considerate natureFlexibility: Flexibility as required and a proactive team player.Special Aptitudes: A passion for home interiors. Interest in design and co-ordination of fabrics, colours and patterns.Previous experience in design and co-ordination in own home. Previous experience with similar products especially selling all types of Blinds and Curtains would be an advantage.References required for all experience in the home store industry.
