Project Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our team in the Limerick area. This is a pivotal role where you will shape the future of high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the management of onsite resources, including the setup and mobilization of teams, supporting staff, and maintaining high morale.
* Report to the Regional Director and collaborate closely with your team, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all onsite systems comply with internal policies and regulatory standards related to health & safety, wellbeing, environmental concerns, quality, and sustainability.
Requirements:
* Hold a third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related trade certification.
* Possess over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager on commercial or residential projects valued between €20m and €400m, with a proven track record in high-rise and hospital projects.
* Have at least 5 years of experience managing key construction stakeholder agreements, including clients, team members, and reporting managers.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and computer skills, with a strong background in reporting on project delivery schedules.
