My client is a growth aircraft lessor recruiting an SVP Operations/Head of Operations to join its management team in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Lead operational strategy and execution across international offices, scaling systems and structures for growth.
* Oversee office and administrative functions, including opening and supporting new global locations.
* Drive process improvements across all functions, including HR, IT, risk, and internal controls.
* Recruit and manage international operations and administrative teams, including HR.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, technical, and investment teams to support business execution.
Requirements
* At least 10+ years of experience in aircraft leasing or aviation finance.
* Proven leadership in scaling aircraft leasing operations.
* Strong organisational, systems, and team-building capability in a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
* Experience managing teams.
