A leading name in the automotive and roadside services sector is expanding and is now hiring an
Operations Manager
to drive performance, standards, and delivery across multiple operational teams.
This role suits someone with a strong
operations background
, ideally from the automotive industry, who is confident managing people, processes, and performance in a fast-moving environment.
The role:
• 3 days per week based in
Dublin
• 2 days per week across
Munster / West of Ireland
What you'll do:
• Lead and manage operational teams to deliver KPIs and service targets
• Oversee rostering, absence, capacity and day-to-day operations
• Turn strategy into action and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain high operational standards and consistent processes
• Engage, motivate and develop teams
What we're looking for:
• Proven operations management experience
• Automotive or technical industry background preferred
• Strong people leadership and performance management skills
• Highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
