About the Role

* Provide high-level legal secretarial support to senior solicitors and partners in the Litigation department

* Prepare correspondence and legal documentation, including court papers and statements

* Manage case files and assist in diary management, scheduling meetings and court dates

* Handle client communication professionally and sensitively
">
* Digital dictation, document production, and file management
">
* Liaise with courts, medical professionals, and third parties
">
* Maintain confidentiality and high standards of compliance

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will have previous legal secretary experience, ideally in personal injury or litigation, excellent audio typing/dictation skills, strong organisational ability, and attention to detail.
