The role of a Head of Services is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction across all engagements.
This position will be instrumental in accelerating growth by innovating services and utilising technology for both direct and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and mentoring a team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring high performance and growth.
* Serving as the primary client contact for implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
* Developing and maintaining service standards for implementation, reporting, training, and integration.
* Collaborating with senior management to set and achieve strategic goals for the team.
* Coordinating with Sales, Product Management, and Support to ensure that service offerings meet client needs and provide feedback for product improvements.
* Designing and delivering training programs for clients and staff.
* Handling departmental budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring effective resource allocation.
* Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements
* A qualified Accountant or related field professional with robust financial domain experience.
* 5-10 years' experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, preferably in SaaS or finance management software industries.
* A proven track record of implementing complex ERP systems.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
