About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Sterility Assurance Lead to join our Quality organization. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring that all marketed and investigational drug products meet the highest sterility and contamination control standards.
Responsibilities:-
- Perform root cause analysis define corrective preventive actions (CAPAs), ensure timely closure quality events At the Shan bally Site within Global Operations Data Analysis Risk Mitigation Review microbiological data trends identify risks implement effective mitigation strategies Key Skills Strategic thinker problem solving decision making abilities Excellent communication influencing skills cross functional teams senior stakeholders strong knowledge EU GMP Annex Required Experience Education Bachelor's degree Microbiology Biology Pharmaceutical Sciences related discipline Master's PhD preferred Experience years progressive experience microbiology environments minimum 5 years in leadership roles proven ability influence cross-functional teams senior stakeholders significant hands-on supporting sterile fill-finish operations",
