Pay:€40,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearJob Description:Office ManagerLocation:Dublin 22Contract:Permanent, Full-time (on-site)We are seeking a highly organisedOffice Managerto ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of our Dublin 22 headquarters. This full-time, on-site role is vital to supporting our operations and creating a productive, welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.Benefits include:Company pensionOn-site parkingReporting to the Head of Procurement, theOffice Managerwill coordinate office procedures, resources, and services across all areas—from front desk operations and guest management to travel arrangements and fleet coordination. You'll oversee facilities, manage office supplies, and support leadership with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.Your responsibilities will also include coordinating flights, accommodation, and car rentals for employees working abroad; maintaining accurate records; liaising with suppliers; and ensuring all health and safety protocols are met. Fleet administration, vendor management, and meeting room coordination are also key parts of this role.We're looking for a proactive individual with proven experience as anOffice Manager, Administrative Manager or Receptionist. A degree in Business Administration (or related field) is preferred.
