The Team and the Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Oracle Fusion to lead and scale our growing Oracle Fusion Centre of Excellence. This role emphasizes market growth, business development, capability expansion, and service industrialisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing Ireland as a recognised independent Fusion advisory and delivery hub within the firm’s global network.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Strategy

Own the Fusion market strategy for Ireland, including pipeline creation, revenue targets, and sector penetration.
Shape and lead major Fusion pursuits in Public Sector, Financial Services, and Commercial industries.
Partner with client account teams to identify transformation opportunities and advisory mandates.
Develop the firm’s Fusion Proposition, including messaging, campaign content, and differentiators.

Capability Building

Build a scalable Fusion team through targeted hiring, reskilling, acquisitions, and graduate programmes.
Lead the E‑Business to Fusion capability change agenda.
Establish a structured competency model and learning pathways.

Service & Offering Development

Design packaged offerings (e.g., Cloud Readiness, Independent Assurance, Application Managed Services, Operating Model Design).
Sponsor the creation of reusable IP, playbooks, tools, data migration templates, and integration accelerators.
Identify opportunities for automation and next‑generation delivery models.

Leadership & Governance

Manage P&L, utilisation, margin, and engagement quality.
Represent the Centre of Excellence externally at industry related events.

Skills & Attributes For Success

10‑12+ years of Oracle ERP/Fusion experience with commercial leadership responsibilities.
Third level degree preferably in Computer Science or a Business‑related discipline.
Strong record of revenue generation and business development.
Experience building teams and launching new offerings/practices.
Solid experience with Oracle EBS Finance modules and their integration with Oracle Fusion applications.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Innovative and agile, with a purpose‑driven mindset.
Inclusive and able to work effectively in diverse teams.
Passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow.
Client‑focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
