What you will do!
To raise awareness, drive sales, and enhance the profile of Diageo's brands within a specific territory, this will be achieved through gaining distribution and achieving secondary displays.
1. Increase distribution and availability within stores
2. Adhere to a defined retail call file and plan your journey accordingly
3. Meet and merchandise scheduled deliveries across Dunnes Stores, Supervalu, and Lidl outlets
4. Deliver and execute objectives and targets set by your line manager
5. Understand and identify customer needs
6. Place POS in stores post-sell-in agreements for client promotions
7. Communicate effectively with store management and line managers
8. Provide feedback regularly through verbal communication, electronic, and phone apps
9. Strive to reach the highest standards of performance
10. Maintain CPM and client standards at all times
11. Participate in conference calls to submit feedback and insights
12. Generate new ideas and improve ways of working
13. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks
14. Undertake any other duties as instructed by your line manager
